Please review the following Return & Exchange Policy carefully before initiating a return request.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns within 45 days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Be unwashed
• Be free of stains, odors, or excessive wrinkling
• Be free of animal or human hair
• Be in original packaging
• Have all original tags attached (if applicable)
Any item that does not meet these requirements may be denied at our sole discretion.
WearLIFT LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, washing, or misuse.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Gift cards
• Clearance or discounted items
• Items returned outside of the 45-day window
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a replacement order.
If you require a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request email.
Replacement items will be shipped after the original item has been received and inspected.
If a replacement item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be issued at our discretion.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim, you must provide:
• Your order number
• Photographic evidence of the issue
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
WearLIFT LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
ORDER ERRORS
WearLIFT LLC is not responsible for items ordered in the incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer at checkout.
