ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Please note that during product launches, promotional periods, or high-volume events, processing times may be extended.


SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic Shipping (United States):
Approximately 3–10 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

WearLIFT LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Natural disasters
• Carrier service disruptions
• Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

Orders that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded or replaced.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

WearLIFT LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

WearLIFT LLC has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any additional fees required for delivery.

International returns are not accepted at this time.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
